The Retrial against Anti-dumping of Chinese Graphite Electrodes with Small Diameters of Begins in 2010
It is said that US Department of Commerce will launch retrial against anti-dumping of more than 100 Chinese graphite electrode manufacturers and agencies in 2010. The initiators of the retrial were American graphite manufactures, and the main reason was that the prices of the graphite electrodes with small diameters imported from China were still lower than those which were supposed as normal prices in America. Hence, the American retrial of anti-dumping against Chinese manufacturers in 2010 begins.
