Capital Injection of Japanese Company in Datong Graphite Electrode Project

It was reported in Datong Evening Paper that Xurixincheng Carbon Co., Ltd., joint venture between Japanese SK Carbon, Ltd. and Datong Xincheng Carbon Group Co., Ltd., had been decided to locate in Huayuantun Industrial Area, Xinrong District. Datong Xincheng Carbon Group Co., Ltd. was established in August 2007 and mainly produces fine carbon specialties. With total investment of 110 million Yuan, the capacity of the new graphite electrode project will reach 20 thousand tons per year, and it is expected that its annual revenue can achieve 500 million Yuan and pre-tax profits 74 million Yuan.
