KFCC initiates field equipment management competition to improve field management

The opening ceremony of field equipment management competition of KFCC started in Mill/Mix/Extrusion at 8:30 July 6, 2010, which symbolized the launch of three-month’s field equipment management competition.
Ye Baowei, deputy manager of KFCC declared the beginning of the activity and program schedule. After that, Hai Jinliang, Superintendent of Mill/Mix/Extrusion and Li Yue, shift leader of the First Loading & Unloading Station of Bake delivered proposal of field work specification, representing superintendents of branch plants and all production shifts and teams respectively. They expressed their determination to make the best of equipment and contribute to the accomplishment of the company’s yearly production goal by complying with KFCC’s rules and regulations on equipment management, conscientiously carrying out daily field equipment management and further practicing and maintaining knowledge of equipment.
At the end, Chen Wenlai, general manager of KFCC addressed the following requirements:
Firstly, all units should actively organize and take part in the campaign. Each unit should work out a plan in which everyone has its own task and responsibility. Through the campaign, the company’s field production technology, field management and equipment utilization should be effectively improved.
Secondly, competitions in field management should be held. Through the competitions, each plant and production shift and team should promote daily management, make rules and regulations more clear, define examination details and improve equipment management to make sure the realization of the yearly production goal of the company.
Thirdly, competitions in technology should be held. Through the competitions, technical units should continue to digest and absorb introduced technology, and advance their own innovation capabilities to improve the company’s production technology as a whole and ensure the fulfillment of yearly operating goal of the company.
Fourthly, competitions in safety should be held. Through the competitions, each unit should strengthen field equipment management, perfect management system, specify operating procedure to keep improving field equipment management, the operating skill of field workers and their knowledge of equipment, and make sure safe running of equipment and realization of yearly production and operating goal.
Also present at the ceremony are Li Fenggong, vice secretary of the party committee, Ji Yaoming, deputy manager, and superintendents of all units and heads of shifts .
